In the Name of God Amen This Eight day of ffebruary in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and six I Elizabeth Bree of Colesill in the County of Warwick Spinster being in Health of Body and of good sound disposing mind memory and understanding (Praised be God for the same) do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) ffirst It is my Will that all such debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease together with my ffuneral Expences and the Charges of Proving this my Will be first paid and discharged by my Executor herein after named And Whereas I have in the Public ffunds the Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds Capital Stock I do hereby give to Thomas Bree of Allesley in the County of Warwick Clerk two hundred Pounds Principal Money Part of the same Principal Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds Upon Trust to Pay the Dividends thereof unto my Niece ffrances Burney during her Life and after her decease to transfer the said two hundred Pounds Principal Money unto my Niece Mary Eliza Wright in case my said Niece ffrances Burney dies without Issue But if my said Niece ffrances Burney leaves Issue then In Trust to transfer the said Sum of two hundred Pounds Principal Money Part of the said Principal Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds unto the Executors or Administrators of my said Niece ffrances Burney Also I give to my Niece Mary Eliza Wright two hundred Pounds Principal Money Part of the said Principal Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds Also I give the Sum of one hundred Pounds Principal Money Part of the said Principal Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds to my three Nieces Elizabeth Bree ffrances Davis and Anna Sophia Dotchin the daughters of my Brother Robert Bree to be equally divided betwixt them share and share alike Also I give to my Sister Ann Bree the Sum of one hundred Pounds Principal Money Part of the said Principal Sum of Six hundred and fifty pounds Also I give to my said Sister Ann Bree all my Cloaths and Wearing Apparel to keep or dispose of as she thinks Proper And my Will is that those Legacys should be Paid in twelve Months after my Decease All the rest and residue of my Estate I give to my Brother Robert Bree of Solihull in the County of Warwick and to my said Sister Ann Bree whom I do hereby make and appoint Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament whereof I have hereunto set and put my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written-The Mark of Elizabeth Bree X
